I had been wanting a tote to carry my growlers to the local brewery but I wasn't liking any I could find to buy, so I designed and built my own. The simple, straight edged sides are designed to eliminate as much waste wood as possible. Handcut dovetails - more than just pretty joinery - provide more than enough strength to lug two full growlers. The dividers are dovetailed as well, eliminating any chance of the piece coming apart.
A shellac finish brings out the grain in the walnut and maple while protecting the wood from any spilt beer (heaven forbid).
